This 1940's Central English Colonial was updated into this millenium including an addition at the rear of the home which added a large kitchen, family room and breakfast bay area. An open stair loft was created on the second floor to allow sunlight to flood into the upstairs hall. Three bedrooms were added upstairs as a part of the addition and the sun room was "winterized" to convert it to a year round ladies home office. The landscaping was designed by Greg Maratt of Bayview Landscaping.
