Cosmopolitan Chic

A typical 1960's Colonial updated on the exterior and interior in a "Cosmopolitan Chic" style. Home was remodeled for young-ish empty-nest couple who wanted to turn their house into an upbeat adult cosmopolitan home rather than getting a pied-à-terre in Manhattan. The result was a clean and open concept, for relaxed entertainment of mixed age groups. The home owners enjoy entertaining other couples and family friends but the design is also perfect for when their children come home to visit (young adults in their late 20's) with their friends and eventually their grandchildren. The kids bedrooms were transformed into more welcoming hotel rooms with flair.
