COVID-19 Operations Update

Dear friends and colleagues, our essential services continue to be provided to the greatest extent possible. We are still busy and  operating  remotely until further notice.

TOWN OF NORTH HEMPSTEAD

All town activities related to voluntary construction are halted. Only construction deemed essential or is a repair of an essential mechanical appliance (ex. hot water heater, boiler/furnace, etc.) is being accepted and processed. The town is not currently accepting new applications for renovations, additions, new construction, or amendments for existing permits until at least June 11th, 2020.

Permit submittal to approved permit, approx. 4-6 mos.
